I bought fast and slow set to see what the difference was. There's about 2 minutes difference in setting times when we were casting their hands. We filled the mould with cassini outdoor plaster to make planters and the detail was fantastic - wrinkles on their hands, even the veins. It was easy to use with clear instructions. We used about 300g to cover 1 pair of hands cupped together to the wrist in a tupperware box so each 1kg bag made 3 peoples moulds. It smelt minty and fresh which was a nice bonus. It was easy to peel off measuring cups and bowls used once set
