Can I buy the colours individually? And can I paint directly onto bisque tiles or do I need an underglaze of some description?

Yes the colours may be bought individually here is a link for you:

This is a glaze so just pick your colour and apply and it will turn out glossy. No extra transparent required. Hope this helps.

Can this underglaze be fired at cone 6? or applied to wet clay and fired at cone 06?
Scarva Replies:

This is a pack of glazes not underglazes. They work best when applied to bisqueware and fired to the appropriate maturing temperature.

Hi
Do these need a few coats? Will brush strokes be seen when they're fired?
Just to confirm also - they do not need a transparent glaze applied aswell?
Many thanks.

Two coats in opposite directions will work well, there will be no brush strokes once fired. These are coloured glazes so it is not necessary to apply a transparent on top simply just brush on and fire in the kiln. Hope this helps.
