Hi, I would like to 'skip' the biscuit fire, as I do not intend to glaze the final piece. Can I fire directly to top temp (slowly)?

Yes you can do this no problem.

Hi I would like to use Scarva spectrum 1112 glaze on this 1 will it work on this clay?
Thanks

Hi, it's unlikely that the Spectrum 1112 will work on this clay. Unfortunately we can't test every glaze on every body but due to the nature of this clay I would recommend you avoid this combination - however if you do have both it may be worth making test tile as you never know until you've tried! Hope this helps!

Looks like this has white flecks
I don't want flecks but love the look.
What about PF670 or 680 any flecks?
I fire to 1240 how dark will they go,
black or brown?
Thank you

The white fleck comes from the grog. The two other black bodies PF670 and PF680 do not have any flecks. The higher you fire the black clays the blacker they will go.
