Hi,
Can these colours be mixed to make new colours in a similar way that you can mix underglaze colours? For example would mixing the blue and yellow produce a green?

Yes it is possible to mix the colours to create new colours.

Is it possible to put these porcelain slips on white stoneware (particularly ES5)? Thanks

Yes these slips will work on most stoneware clay bodies just do not apply them to thickly.
