Scarva Raw Materials Zirconium Silicate (Zircopax) RM1323A fine grade of zircon used as an opacifier for white and coloured glazes, imparting high opacity, craze resistance and stability. If used as a replacement for ‘dispersion’ about 20% less is required. 4-7% produces a semi opaque glaze. 8-10% produces full opacity. Formula: ZrSiO4
