Great clay!
Love this clay for handbuilding, especially moulds and pinch pots. A lovely colour when fired and takes glazes so well.

Is this clay safe to use for tableware such as mugs and bowls with a foodsafe glaze?
EK from United Kingdom
This clay is better suited to more sculptural work I would suggest our ES5 Original it is ideal for creating functional tableware and when combined with a suitable glaze it is excellent.

What size grog does this product have? I am looking for a thermal resistant body with very fine grog. What would you suggest?
Celia from United Kingdom
I would recommend using our PF520 Ashraf Hanna Raku Body. This body contains over 60% fine grogs so it is ideal for your purpose.
