Amaco Celadons and Potters Choice are great brush-on commercial glazes. Snow works so well as a base coat for Potters Choice glazes, or to get funky effects on top of some of the darker celadons and PCs.
Be prepared for oolites (little hard crystals) that need brushing off of your piece, but they don't tend to cause issues as long as you brush them off once the piece is dry.
Good dependable stoneware glaze - fires fine at 1260. Stable unless layered, but gives some really beautiful effects layered with the other Amaco celadons (especially Rainforest and Obsidian) also with Ancient Copper.
