Does sodium dispex have a shelf life? I understand that Darvan goes off after 2 years or so - is it the same for dispex? Thanks in advance!

It has a shelf life up to 5 years.

I bought 5 litres of the glacier porcelain casting slip but its a little bit on the thick side. Would dispex be the correct thing to use and if so how much should I put in?

Just to check you have tried to stir it thoroughly first this will agitate the slip and make it thinner, if it is still to thick add a few small drops of dispex or a little water.
