 Black is a glossy obsidian glaze that produces an intensely dark surface and attractive high-fire effects at mid-range temperatures.Safety Warning Tableware producers must test all finished ware to establish dinnerware status, due to possible variations in firing temperature and contamination. Sahara Glazes have a firing range of 1205°C - 1244°C (Cone 5/6), they are also Lead Free.
